Return and Refund Policy

We take seriously the task of ensuring that your purchases are provided to you as viewed and described on our website, and are shipped to you in the same condition. We package all purchases with a focus on protecting them during the shipping process. Most of our products are unique, one of a kind items including vintage/antiquities which by definition cannot be replaced once seriously damaged. 

All our products are shipped at no additional cost for destinations in the United States and Canada and include shipping insurance through the United States Postal Service. Customers whose shipping address is outside the United States and Canada will be contacted following the purchase for shipping options which may be subject to additional shipping costs and delivery time to ensure they are also shipped appropriately and protected with insurance.

In light of the above policies and shipping precautions, all sales are final unless the shipped package is lost or damaged by the United States Postal Service while in transit to you. Under these circumstances we will act to pursue full insurance payment for damaged items and initiate the return of your funds subject to United States Postal Service insurance policies. All requests for refunds for damaged items must notify Leywa Afrika within 5 days of receiving your shipped items.
