Miguel Ulloa

Miguel Ulloa was born in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic in 1964. At the age of 20, he pursued a career in plastic arts after being inspired by his famous brother, painter Alberto Ulloa. His first exhibition was in 1988 in the lobby of the Ambassador’s Hotel. Subsequently, his career began to grow quickly leading to numerous solo exhibitions over the years including shows in Panama, Puerto Rico, Madrid and New York. Various works of his are in national and international museums and galleries. He is an active member of the Dominican College of Plastic Artists and the International Association of Art.
